David Unter

David Unter has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. David started their career at Deloitte in 1995 where they worked as a Senior Manager Audit Services for nearly a decade. In 2004, they joined Hot Topic as the Director of Accounting and External Financial Reporting. The following year, they transitioned to VOLCOM and served as the Vice President of Finance until 2011 when they were promoted to the role of Global Chief Financial Officer. In 2014, they joined 5.11 Tactical as their Chief Financial Officer and held the position until 2018. In the same year, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at both ThreeSixty Sourcing Ltd. and MerchSource.

David Unter completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1994. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from CPA in October 1999.
