Nicole Robichaud has extensive work experience in the field of design and marketing. Nicole is currently employed as a Creative Marketing Manager at Threshold Brands since 2022. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Designer and Consultant at Nicole Robichaud Designs starting from 2019.
Before that, Nicole held various roles at Zingerman's Community of Businesses for over two decades. Nicole worked as a Design Manager & Art Director from November 2016 to July 2022. In this role, they managed and led a creative team to support the sales and marketing goals of 14 Zingerman's brands, including website branding relaunches and various design projects. Nicole also served as a consultant for content marketing, campaign development, and retail environments. Additionally, Nicole was responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training of the team members, as well as managing the department budget.
Prior to their time at Zingerman's, Nicole gained experience as a Graphic Designer, where they played a key role in the design and growth of Zingerman's Mail Order catalogs, leading to significant sales growth. Nicole also acted as the lead packaging designer for branded products at Zingerman's Bakehouse.
Nicole's career began as a Graphic Design Intern at Paradise Graphic Design and Marketing from 1997 to 1999.
Nicole Robichaud attended Michigan State University College of Arts and Letters from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree. Nicole'sfield of study encompassed Graphic Design, Printmaking, and Painting. In addition to their degree, Nicole has obtained certifications in various areas. In November 2020, they completed the "Build a Full Website using WordPress" course offered by Coursera. Nicole also graduated from the Zingerman's Leadership Development Program in April 2019, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in leadership.
