Ramona qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and became a Partner in 2009. With over 15 years' experience in helping businesses succeed and grow, Ramona heads up their Business Growth team. She acts for a variety of clients, from SMEs to multinationals, providing clear and focused commercial advice. To help businesses navigate complex situations, Ramona advises clients through joint venture, shareholder and director disputes, contract claims, quality issues and negligence actions.

She has particular expertise in representing businesses in defense liability claims, including defense of product and personal injury claims, and in financial disputes, professional negligence and compliance claims.
