Charlotte Andersen

Charlotte Andersen has a varied work experience, with their most recent role being Head of People at Thriva. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim Human Resources Consultant in the fields of quantum encryption, cyber security, and fintech. Charlotte held multiple positions at Privitar, including People Partner - Commercial and Head of People and Operations. Charlotte also worked as a Consultant at LAP RESEARCH UK, where they advised the charity on its marcomms strategy. Charlotte gained experience in marketing and brand management at King.com and Actant, and served as Business Development Director at Updata plc. Charlotte also founded Tideway Ltd, where they held roles in sales, marketing operations, and as an Executive Assistant to the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at a venture capital firm. Charlotte began their career at Harrods as a Project Liaison Manager.

Charlotte Andersen earned their MSc in Sociology from the University of Bristol between 1996 and 1997.
