Kirstin Gibson

Kirstin Gibson (Assoc CIPD) has over 12 years of experience in human resources and people management. Kirstin currently serves as the Head of People at Thriva Health, where they lead the company's people strategy. Prior to this, Kirstin worked as a Senior People Partner at iTech Media and DeepMind. Kirstin also served as the UK HR Manager at Nordic Entertainment Group and as a UK HR Business Partner at Modern Times Group MTG UK. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from the University of East Anglia between 2003 and 2007.
