Richard Cousins

Richard Cousins has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and growth. Richard is currently working at Thriva as the Head of Growth since October 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Thriva, including Senior Growth Manager and Senior Performance Marketing Manager. In 2021, Richard worked as the Growth Marketing Lead at what3words before transitioning to the role of Growth Marketing Manager in 2020. Richard also served as the Digital Marketing Lead at Raising IT from 2018 to 2019 and as an Account Manager at Attacat for a brief period in 2018. Richard began their career as a Paid Search Consultant at MVF and NMPi in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Richard also worked as a Paid Search Specialist at Treeline Chalets in 2015. Prior to that, Richard held roles as a Senior Account Executive and PPC Account Executive at NMPi from 2014 to 2015. Richard'searly experience includes a marketing internship at SNO Limited in 2014.
