Samuel Garba

Samuel Garba is a seasoned professional in agricultural operations and management, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Thrive Agric since March 2020, where financial analysis and loan management have contributed to cultivating over 20,000 hectares with a 100% repayment rate. Previously, Samuel held the position of Operations Team Lead at Thrive Agric, successfully recruiting 20,000 smallholder farmers. Between January 2017 and March 2020, Samuel worked at Babban Gona as a Process Control Analyst, overseeing a team of 15 audit field officers and managing the auditing processes for 10,000 farmers. Samuel also has experience as an Enterprise Analyst, managing sales and harvest databases. Samuel's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Girne American University, a Project Management certification from Metropolitan School of Business & Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Ahmadu Bello University.
