Kasandra Guerra

Kasandra Guerra is a dedicated professional with experience in youth engagement, mental health rehabilitation, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Youth Engagement Specialist at Rebound, Inc. since September 2024, Kasandra focuses on education, advocacy, and rehabilitation for Black youth. Prior roles include a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker at Thrive Behavioral Network, LLC, and a Program Assistant position at SAVE - Suicide Awareness Voices of Education, where advocacy, research, and program support were primary responsibilities. Kasandra's background also includes work as an Associate at Andy's Frozen Custard and a Front Counter Associate at Breadsmith Franchising, Inc., alongside experience as a Residential Assistant at Macalester College. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Minnesota, Kasandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macalester College.
