Claire Luna has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Claire started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Milano Collection, then moved on to become a Chiropractic Assistant at All Pro Health Center. In 2019, they joined Thrive Causemetics Inc. as a Customer Experience Beauty Advisor and was later promoted to Customer Experience Team Lead.

Claire Luna obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach in 2015. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement in FIT Beauty Industry Essentials from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
