Erin D.

Erin D. has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry. Erin began their career in 2005 as a Merchandise Planner for Saks Fifth Avenue. In 2011, they moved to ANN INC. as a Merchandise Planner. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Omni Planner for Williams-Sonoma Home. In 2014, they joined LVMH as a Merchandise Planning Manager for the Donna Karan Company. In 2017, they began their tenure at Gap Inc. as an IM North America Planning Manager, where they managed a team of four in E2E Supply Chain and Pricing for a $200m annual volume business. Erin also led the team in vendor management, 3PL partnerships, and optimizing raw, WIP and finished goods. In 2021, they moved to Forever 21 as a Senior Manager International Planning and to Marquee Brands as an E-Commerce Director of Planning for BCBG. Most recently, in 2022, they started their own consulting business, Erin Dorman LLC., as a Demand Planning Consultant. In 2023, they joined Thrive Causemetics Inc. as a Sr. Manager Supply Chain.

Erin D. is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Design for Global Leadership at Parsons School of Design - The New School, which they began in 2019. Erin previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University. Erin has also obtained several certifications, including Ready, Set, Future!
