Joe Czajkowski has worked in the logistics and operations field since 1990. joe started their career at Quad/Graphics as a Traffic Lead, then moved on to Philips as a Logistics Manager in 1997. In 2009, they became the Director of Distribution at L'Oréal, Clarisonic. In 2019, they became a Consultant while self-employed. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of Operations- Warehouse & Fulfillment at Thrive Causemetics Inc.

Joe Czajkowski has a Certification in Leadership and Safety from CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau.
