Tova Rayne

Tova Rayne has held several roles in the Human Resources field, including Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Benefits Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Generalist for Thrive Causemetics Inc. and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. In this role, they managed and utilized multiple HR systems, conducted a wage and benefit analysis, coordinated the benefits onboarding process, managed benefits terminations, and administered COBRA. From 2017-2021, they worked as a Snr. Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist for Michigan State University - Retail Services, where they constructed and distributed weekly newsletters, completed hiring paperwork, and conducted orientations. In 2018, they also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Michigan State University in CSE 102- Algorithmic Thinking and Programming and CSE 101-Computing Concepts and Competencies. In 2019, they held an internship for Universal Creative, where they developed dashboards, analyzed onboarding surveys, created short clips, composed exit surveys, and collaborated with the UC Legal department to revise and amend policies governing independent contractors. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst for Prepped With Love in 2019 and as an Intercultural Aide for Michigan State University Residence Halls Association from 2017-2021.

Tova Rayne graduated from Michigan State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance, General. Tova also graduated from the Michigan State University Honors College with the same degree in the same field of study.
