Sunny Minhas

Sunny Minhas is currently a People Partner at Thrive Digital. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Culinary Capers Catering and Special Events from August 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing human resources policies and procedures, as well as reviewing and making recommendations for improvement of existing policies, procedures, personnel practices, and compensation / benefits programs. Sunny also developed and implemented recruitment strategies and selection procedures, which attracted and selected qualified applicants. Additionally, they managed the compensation and benefits system, ensuring internal and external pay equity, and creatively identifying new methods for performance-based reward. Sunny also provided coaching, feedback, support and recommendations to Managers on HR/Business practices.

Sunny Minhas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a Diploma in Business Management, general business from Douglas College.
