Victoria Burns

Victoria Burns currently serves as the Customer Service Team Lead at Thrive Group, a position held since June 2021, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between colleagues, clients, and management to enhance customer service effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Server at Stonewalls from August 2019 to May 2023, Cashier Customer Service at No Frills from August 2016 to August 2020, and Sports Referee at the Ontario Women's Hockey Association from September 2015 to May 2018. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society with a focus on Human Rights and Human Diversity, as well as a Leadership Minor from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed between 2017 and 2021.
