Ian Bromwich

Ian Bromwich has a diverse and extensive work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Ian has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Thrive, a fast-growing learning management system company, where they worked on product design, delivery, engineering, global support, and live services. Ian also held the position of Chairman at SmartSkies Aviation Platform, a company focused on digitizing the experiences for pilots, flight schools, and airfields.

Ian has also worked as a Non-Executive Director at Medi2data, where they contributed to building innovative technologies for GP practices to securely share patient information. Ian served as a Partner at Strengths Unleashed, providing leadership development services with a focus on technology advisory.

Prior to these roles, Ian held senior positions at HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and Barclaycard, where they were responsible for digital strategy, customer experience, and IT leadership. Ian has also held leadership roles at UK Finance and RSA Insurance Group plc, where they made significant contributions in technology integration, cost synergies, and talent development. Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated a strong track record of driving innovation, digital transformation, and delivering commercial outcomes.

Ian Bromwich attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2006 and completed a Pocket CIO MBA program. Ian'sstudies focused on next generation CIO leadership.
