Oluwafemi Adeosun

Oluwafemi Adeosun has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Oluwafemi started their career as a Software Developer at J.I.T Solution in Ondo State from March 2009 to October 2010. Oluwafemi then worked as a Software Developer at Thecoder InfoTech in Jabi Abuja from September 2011 to June 2012.

In 2013, Oluwafemi joined Konga Online Shopping Ltd as a Software Engineer. During their tenure, they were involved in Magento Backend and Frontend Development, Catalog Service, Site Analytics on Google Analytics, and various marketing tag implementation on Google Tag Manager. Oluwafemi also contributed to building a Progressive Web App, Slim App for Opera Mini, and a Multi-store eCommerce channel on Magento. Oluwafemi worked at Konga until May 2017, initially as a Software Engineer (Intern) from October 2013 to March 2014, and then as a Software Engineer from March 2014 to May 2017.

Following their time at Konga, Oluwafemi became a Software Engineer Team Lead at Weebly in July 2017. Oluwafemi was responsible for various projects, including building a platform element for a BD partner, developing a Product Sync feature for third-party product integration, and updating and enhancing the careers page with additional features and functionality. Oluwafemi concluded their tenure at Weebly in March 2018.

After leaving Weebly, Oluwafemi joined Moved as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2018 to February 2019. Oluwafemi then moved to ShipStation, where they worked as a Software Engineer from February 2019 to February 2020.

Currently, Oluwafemi is employed at Thrive Market as a Senior Software Engineer, a position they have held since February 2020.

Oluwafemi Adeosun completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology Akure, from 2006 to 2012. Oluwafemi also obtained a B.Tech in Computer Science from the same university, specializing in Software Development and Human Computer Interaction.

In 1997 to 2003, Oluwafemi attended Aquinas College Akure, where they earned their secondary education degree in Sciences.

In terms of additional certifications, Oluwafemi has obtained several notable certifications. In 2014, they became a Magento Certified Front End Developer through Magento. In 2012, they received the Zend Certified Engineer certification from Zend. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained both the Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Associate and the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certifications from Oracle Corporation.
