Currently serving as a Business and Life Coach at Thrive Partners since February 2021 and holding an ICF Certified ACC Coach designation, Maria previously held significant roles such as Product Management & Marketing Leader for APAC at Ingersoll Rand and Product Manager for APAC at TE Connectivity. Maria's career also includes leadership in marketing for The Timken Company and sales management for Torrington Wuxi Bearings Co., Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from China Europe International Business School, an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Thermol Energy Engineering from Northeastern University.
