Gregg Pieples

Gregg Pieples has over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health and addiction services field. Gregg is currently serving as the VP of Strategy at Thrive Peer Support since October 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at CareSource, including Manager of Behavioral Health Programs from April 2020 to October 2021 and Enterprise Substance Use Disorder Program Lead from January 2018 to April 2020. From 2009 to 2018, Gregg worked at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, where they served as the Addiction Services Director from October 2014 to January 2018 and as a Program Manager from November 2009 to November 2014. Before that, they worked as a Trainer/Consultant at Wellness Management & Recovery CCOE from March 2006 to November 2009. Gregg's earliest experience in the field dates back to 1990, when they started as a Program Manager at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, where they worked until 2006.

Gregg Pieples obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati between the years 1987 and 1992. Gregg later pursued a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Kentucky from 2009 to 2012, specializing in the field of Social Work.
