Leo Martinez

Leo Martinez is an experienced nonprofit and community leader currently serving as a Community Fellow at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. In this role, Leo engages with the Community Fellows Program to enhance leadership skills and advance social justice. As the Scholar Recruitment Manager at Thrive Scholars, Leo oversees recruitment efforts, while previously managing enrollment processes as the Assistant Director of Recruitment at Mercy University. Leo's entrepreneurial skills were demonstrated as Co-Founder of Platinum ATM Services LLC, where responsibilities included operations and client relations. Earlier experiences include roles in sales, data analysis at NBC News, and administrative responsibilities at AIMhigh Empowerment Institute. Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Monroe University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Mercy University.
