Nico Curdumi

Nico Curdumi currently serves as the Director of Engineering & Technology Career Pathways at Thrive Scholars, starting in October 2023. Previously, Curdumi had a significant tenure at Google from March 2011 to April 2023, where roles included Program Manager for Education for Social Impact, managing initiatives that supported historically excluded groups in tech through undergraduate programs, and Program Manager for Talent Outreach Programs, which focused on broadening the talent pool for Cloud sales. Additional positions at Google encompassed Brand Specialist, New Product Account Manager, and Account Manager for the Google Affiliate Network. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Aetna from July 2009 to March 2011. Curdumi holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Michigan.
