Trevor Tierney

Trevor Tierney, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Operations at Thrive Scholars, where responsibilities include developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy and creating an effective onboarding experience for new hires. Previously, Trevor held roles such as Manager of Talent Recruitment and Operations and Operations Manager at Thrive Scholars. Prior experience includes positions at The Possible Project as Entrepreneurship Education Coordinator and Entrepreneurship Education Associate, focusing on system development and student programming in entrepreneurship. Trevor began the career journey in various positions within the service industry, including roles as a server and agent, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Babson College.
