Wendy Coleman Blue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, career coaching, and event management. Currently serving as the Career & Placement Coach for the Engineering & Technology Pathway at Thrive Scholars, Wendy focuses on guiding students in career exploration, skills development, and job placements. Prior roles include Academic Advisor and Recruitment & Outreach Specialist at North Carolina State University, where Wendy facilitated campus visitations and built relationships with stakeholders, as well as a Part-Time Engineering Supervisor at UPS, overseeing facility maintenance and safety. Wendy has also contributed to educational improvement as an Intervention Coordinator in the Wake County Public School System and has a background in supply chain planning with Lenovo & IBM. With a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, Wendy brings a strong academic foundation to their work in career development and education.
