Sarah Norris

Sarah Norris has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Sarah started their career at Southdown Housing Association in 2009, where they held several roles, including Floating Support Officer, Deputy Team Manager, and Team Manager, working with vulnerable adults at risk of homelessness. In 2015, Sarah joined Refuge as Deputy Service Manager, overseeing five accommodation services for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Sarah then moved to Thrive Tribe in 2018, first as the Locality Lead & NHS Health Check Lead for One You East Sussex, and later as the Head of Service for One You Surrey, where they led a team of over 20 people and was responsible for service development and delivery of healthy lifestyle support.

Sarah Norris attended the University of Sussex from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
