Nicole McIsaac

Nicole McIsaac has a diverse work experience in various roles related to customer support, copywriting, social media management, and web content strategy. Nicole worked as a Customer Technical Support at ThriveCart in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Copywriter/Social Media Specialist from 2015, where they built relationships with clients and created engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media. From 2018 to 2021, Nicole worked at Shopify, first as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical support and mentoring to support advisors, and later as a Merchant Success specialist, offering technical support, customer service, and business coaching to Shopify merchants. Before that, they were a Social Media Specialist at ruby company in 2016, responsible for managing social media profiles and executing content strategies. Nicole also worked as a Web Content Strategist at Jumpfactor Services & Technology Marketing from 2015 to 2016, collaborating with teams to create SEO-optimized website content and holistic client campaigns. Prior to that, they were a Content Specialist at ICUC, executing social listening strategies for world-renowned brands. Before that, Nicole worked as an Associate/Social Media Manager at Inked Communications, where they developed social media campaigns and managed multiple social media platforms. Nicole also has experience working as a Web Content Writer at 3Genius, creating content for hotel listings, and as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher at Fun Language, conducting English classes and organizing summer camps. Nicole McIsaac began their education in 2006 at Humber College, where they studied Media Foundation until 2007. Nicole then pursued a degree in Print Journalism from Humber College, completing their studies in 2010. In 2012, Nicole attended TEFL International, obtaining a TEFL Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.
