Dvir M. has a strong background in project management and operations. Dvir has worked at ThriveDX since 2020, initially as a Senior Technical Project Manager and currently as the Director of Operations. Prior to that, they worked at EL AL Israel Airlines as a Technical Program Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they were a Project Manager at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries from 2016 to 2018.

Dvir M. earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, completing their studies from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022.
