Elizabeth Albalat, SPHR, SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elizabeth has held various roles in different companies over the years. Elizabeth began their career at European Wax Center, where they served in several positions such as Guest Service Coordinator, Corporate Trainer, Assistant Director of Education, Director of Education, Assistant Director of Operations, and Corporate Experience Director from 2007 to 2016. Elizabeth then moved on to Amazing Lash Studio, where they worked as the Director of Franchise Development and Director of Education and Training from 2016 to 2017. Elizabeth also worked at BOXYCHARM as the Director of People and Culture in 2017. After that, they joined Twinlab Consolidation Corporation (TCC) as a Senior Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President of People at ThriveDX since July 2022, after serving as the Vice President of People from April 2021 to July 2022. Elizabeth's work experience reflects their expertise and progression in the field of human resources.
Elizabeth Albalat, SPHR, SCP obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nova Southeastern University in 2014 and completed it in 2016. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Florida Atlantic University in 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the same institution in the same year. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2007. Elizabeth Albalat also holds additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education obtained in 2021, a Notary Public certification from the State of Florida obtained in 2014, an Elementary Education Teaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education obtained in 2009, and professional accreditations from HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM.
