Lauren Suguro

Lauren Suguro is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in leading diverse initiatives across educational institutions and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Partner Program Manager at ThriveDX since March 2021, Lauren oversees program management and serves as the primary contact for partner institutions. Prior roles include Project Manager for University Launches at ThriveDX, where Lauren successfully launched over 12 programs across multiple universities, and Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives at Flatiron School, managing company-wide initiatives. Lauren's earlier experience includes managing incentive programs at Rodan + Fields and conducting financial audits at Deloitte. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
