Limor Buium

Limor Buium has extensive experience in human resources management. Limor is currently serving as the Head of People at ThriveDX since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Henkel as a Human Resources Manager from January 2020 to October 2021, where they led global HR activities, provided consulting and coaching to the leadership team, and was responsible for talent acquisition and development. Limor also served as a Human Resources Manager at Benda Magnetic from January 2018 to November 2019, where they oversaw various HR functions. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bynet Data Communications from January 2017 to January 2018, and as a Human Resources Manager at MEMO Global from 2013 to 2017. Limor started their career as a Talent Acquisition Manager at BMC Software in an unspecified period from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on recruitment efforts and support for department managers.

Limor Buium completed a Lahav Executive Education program in Organizational Consulting & Development at the Recanati School of Business Administration from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Limor Buium obtained a BA in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Communication, General from The College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel.
