Nick Poe

Nick Poe has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Nick started their career in 2003 as the Senior Director of Admissions at Career Education Corporation. Nick then joined Ultimate Medical Academy in 2008 as the Senior Director of Admissions & Student Management, where they implemented effective strategies and trained staff. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Real Step Investments, responsible for business strategies and operations. In 2020, they worked as the Head of Sales & Training Operations at Benefytt Technologies, leading the restructuring of the sales department. Currently, they are the Director of Student Success at ThriveDX, managing multiple teams and enhancing the student experience. Throughout their career, Nick has focused on operational efficiency, data integrity, and ensuring a positive organizational culture.

Nick Poe has a Bachelor's degree in Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associates of Fine Arts in Digital Media from Specs@LTU, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
