Brendan O'Leary has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Brendan started their career at BankNewport as an IT Systems Analyst from May 2012 to December 2014. Afterwards, they joined Carousel Industries as an Engineer in Datacenter, where they contributed to the company's mission of making a positive impact on clients, employees, and the community from December 2014 to January 2018. Brendan then transitioned to Thrive, where they held various roles including Senior Project Engineer, Manager of Service Deployment, Director of Service Deployment, and Vice President of Service Deployment and Project Engineering. At Thrive, they were involved in onboarding new clients and worked on projects related to Microsoft Office 365, Cloud Security, and traditional server and end-user support. Brendan also had the opportunity to mentor and train junior engineers and contribute to the development of Thrive's Project Implementation practice. Brendan O'Leary attended Roger Williams University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administrator. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Rogers High School between 2005 and 2009. Furthermore, Brendan has obtained additional certifications, including Varonis Certified Technical Associate from Varonis in 2015, CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco in February 2015, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Windows 7 from Microsoft in 2014.
