Jackie Erickson

Jackie Erickson has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology and retail. In 2007, they began working at Thrive, where they held various roles including Vice President of Platform Operations and Director of Platform Operations. Jackie was also a Technical Operations Project Manager, responsible for implementing a ServiceNow instance to replace ConnectWise and Autotask. Prior to Thrive, Jackie worked at Town Convenience as an Assistant Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the store in the owner's absence.

Jackie Erickson received an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Pensacola State College in the years 2016-2020. Prior to that, they attended Middlesex Community College from 2002-2004, studying Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Jackie has obtained various certifications from institutions such as ServiceNow, ITIL Certified, VMware, and ConnectWise.
