Courtney Colby

Courtney Colby began their work experience in 2008 as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. In 2012, they joined Thrivent and started as a Counsel, where they worked until 2013. Courtney then advanced to the position of Senior Counsel at Thrivent from 2014 until November 2020, when they became a Director and Senior Counsel, a role they currently hold.

Courtney Colby earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from Carleton College from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Columbia Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law.
