Erin Janssen

Erin Janssen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Culver Brand Design, where they were responsible for designing and producing packaging, in-store displays, print layouts, and agency self-promotions. Erin also created 3-D mockups and prepared large format files for print. In 2008, they joined Kohl's Corporate as a Packaging Designer, where they designed seasonal and private label packaging and updated brand style guides. Erin later became a Concept Designer - Innovations & Strategic Planning, working on concept and brainstorming sessions for seasonal marketing campaigns and brand launches, as well as refreshing the Home department with modernized wall graphics and in-aisle displays. In 2010, Erin returned to Culver Brand Design as an Art Director, focusing on branding and packaging design for well-known consumer brands such as Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Stacy's Pita Chips, and Dial Soap. Erin played a key role in launching Frito-Lay's Simply line of health-conscious snacks. In 2013, they joined Aurora Health Care as a Senior Art Director, where they developed creative concepts for various projects and audiences, including consumer marketing campaigns, patient education materials, and internal communications initiatives. Erin also led the creation of the Aurora Health Care brand identity book and worked on an environmental branding toolkit for brand consistency. Finally, in 2018, Erin joined Thrivent as a Creative Lead, Visual and Verbal Brand, where they managed brand-focused designers and defined creative vision for projects. In 2020, they became a Manager, Brand Creative, and they currently hold the position of Director, Brand Creative since November 2022.

Erin Janssen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Art, which was earned from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2002 and 2006.
