Jaison Samuel

Jaison Samuel, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development within both financial and religious sectors. Since September 2015, Jaison Samuel has served as an Engagement Leader and Financial Associate at Thrivent Financial. Prior to this role, Jaison Samuel contributed to Life Church Omaha as an Associate Pastor, focusing on organizational development, and held a similar position at Life Church from August 2013 to July 2015, emphasizing staff and volunteer growth. Earlier, Jaison Samuel directed the IBEX Leadership School at LifeGate Church, where responsibilities included budget management, curriculum development, and training coordination. Academically, Jaison Samuel holds an MBA in Human Capital Management from Bellevue University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Organizational Behavior Studies and Biblical Studies from Grace University.
