Sharath Tadishetti

Sharath Tadishetti is a seasoned professional in big data engineering with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer and Lead Data Engineer at Thrivent since June 2020, Sharath has developed platform-agnostic data frameworks and automated Databricks templates. Prior to Thrivent, Sharath worked at Vista Applied Solutions Group Inc from February 2015 to June 2022, where significant contributions included leading the Chick-fil-A CARES product development and optimizing data pipelines. Previous roles at Visa, Cox Automotive Inc., American Express, and Amplify involved architecting batch processing frameworks, enhancing data processing efficiency, and implementing real-time data streaming solutions. Sharath’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a B.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
