John Cerminaro

Mr. Cerminaro directs the financial, accounting, and fiscal affairs of the company and assists the executive leadership team with operational strategy implementation. He has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and operational strategy development and implementation.

Mr. Cerminaro was formerly the Chief Financial Officer for the Parker Health Group and held the role of Chief Investment Officer of the $1.4 billion Parker endowment. Mr. Cerminaro has held Chief Financial Officer roles at a number of private equity and financial services firms throughout his career.

He received his undergraduate degree with a major in management information systems from the SUNY Institute of Technology and received an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Illinois.
