Valentina Paolucci

Valentina Paolucci is an 19 year old violinist and currently attends Frost School of Music in University of Miami under the tutelage of Charles Castleman and past tutelage of Huifang Chen. Valentina’s orchestral experiences include participating in the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America in 2019, New World Symphony Side-by-Side program under the direction of Michael Tilson Thomas from the years 2017-2019 and being accepted into the Florida All-State Orchestra every year eligible from 2014-2019. Valentina won first place prizes in the 2018 State-Level Florida Federation Concerto Competition, FMTA District 6 2019 Concerto, and the Palm Beach Symphony’s “B-Major” Competition, where she was awarded an antique Italian violin. Additionally, Valentina was awarded a 1,000 prize from the National League of American Pen Women for her music composition. Along with winning second place prizes in the FMTA District 6 2018 Concerto Competition and the Anointed Easter Music Competition in Miami, Valentina has finalized in the Virtuosi Violin Competition and South Florida Young Artists Concerto Competition.
