Anthony Nguyen Ba has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Anthony started their career as a Department Sales Representative at Dimmeys in 1997 and then worked as a Customer Sales Assistant at BIGW until 2003. Anthony later joined Dick Smith Electronics as a Sales Representative. In 2006, Anthony transitioned to the media industry and worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Foxtel. Anthony then moved to Sensis, where they held multiple roles including Web Specialist, Digital Account Manager, and Digital Account Manager Team Leader. In 2018, Anthony worked as a Digital Account Manager at Opentop, an ad-tech solution provider. Anthony then joined Victorian Land Registry Services as a Customer Service Specialist. Anthony returned to Sensis as a Website Support Consultant, and then moved to Found Digital, a premium marketing division of Sensis, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Currently, they are working as the Head of SEO Agency & Websites Vendor Operations at Thryv Australia. Throughout their career, Anthony has gained experience in SEO, SEM, social media, website support, technical support, and customer service, among others.
Anthony Nguyen Ba earned a Bachelor of Business Information and Knowledge Management degree in Computer System Engineering from RMIT University, between 2001 and 2003. In addition, they obtained certifications in Google AdWords Display and Google Analytics from Google in June 2017 and December 2017, respectively.
