Tyler F. Hayes

Tyler F. Hayes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tyler F. is currently working as a Principal at Thuja Capital since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2020 to February 2023. Tyler F. also gained experience as a Venture Fund Intern at Novartis from June 2019 to August 2019. Before venturing into the healthcare industry, Tyler worked as a Graduate Researcher at Harvard University from May 2016 to March 2017. Tyler F. also held various roles at King's College London, including Project Lead from August 2013 to July 2015 and Graduate Researcher from June 2014 to August 2014. Tyler also spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne from August 2012 to June 2013. In addition to their academic pursuits, Tyler gained practical experience during their time at Duke University as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-Basic) from October 2010 to May 2012, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from 2011 to 2012. Tyler F. also served as a Research Fellow at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in June 2011, and as a Research Fellow at Duke University from June 2009 to August 2009.

Tyler F. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Duke University, which they obtained in 2012. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Research degree in Translational Cancer Medicine at King's College London. Following that, they attended Harvard Medical School and earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree between 2015 and 2018. Their education culminated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Private Equity from the London Business School, completed in 2020.
