Dustin Kaiser

Dustin Kaiser is a skilled engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in German Studies from the University of Connecticut. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer/SQA at Thule Group since October 2021, Dustin previously worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Global Steering Systems, LLC. from July 2018 to October 2021, and held an internship at Daimler AG as a Mechanical Engineering Intern for a brief period in 2017. Prior experiences include a Controls Engineer Internship at Alstom Power in 2016, where responsibilities involved updating and validating boiler system piping diagrams, and an internship at Belectric OPV GmbH, focusing on the preparation and characterization of organic solar cells. Additionally, Dustin gained experience as a staff/instructor at the University of Connecticut's climbing center, ensuring safety protocols were followed.
