Danielle Shoshani

Danielle Shoshani is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Experience Researcher at Thumbtack since March 2021. Previously, Danielle held positions such as Research & Product Lead at Bloomberg, where oversight of agile design iterations and development of a research plan for engineers were key responsibilities. At Optum, Danielle's role as a Design Researcher focused on crafting solutions for low-income seniors, projected to save the organization significantly. Danielle's experience encompasses roles as a UX Researcher and Product Designer at Tradecraft, Global Communications Manager at AppDynamics, and various marketing and communications roles at Appirio. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
