Genevieve Becker

Genevieve Becker is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of New Ventures at Thumbtack since September 2023 and as the Co-Founder and CEO of Cura since September 2021, where Genevieve launched a modern home warranty business focused on transparency and affordability. Previously, Genevieve held key operational roles at Doma, including Interim Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Manager of Business Operations, where oversight of a SPAC transaction and strategic market expansion were significant contributions. Experience also includes consulting at Bain & Company, managing educational technology projects at Hobsons, and legal research at the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children. Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, supplemented by studies in Spanish at Universidad de Cádiz and Universidad de Granada.
