Juana Pineda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and hospitality. Currently serving as a Bilingual Premier Service Advocate at Thumbtack since April 2025, Juana has previously held various roles within ChowNow, including Senior CSR III, demonstrating a strong capability in customer relations. Juana's hospitality background includes positions as Bar Manager and Lead Server at Heirloom Restaurants and Lead Server at Hometown BBQ Miami, as well as bartending and serving roles at The Betsy - South Beach and Shelborne Hotel South Beach. Juana's management expertise was initially developed as the Restaurant and Bar Manager at Alero Restaurant.
