Leslie Laws

Leslie Laws has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles and as a coach and consultant. Leslie is currently serving as the Senior Director of People Partnership & Development at Thumbtack. Prior to this, Leslie held positions as the Senior Director of HR Business Partners at Thumbtack, the Director of HR Business Partners at Thumbtack, and an HR Business Partner at Thumbtack. Leslie also founded their own coaching and consulting business called Leslie Laws Consulting, where they provided career and management coaching, HR support to startup technology companies, and pro bono HR support to nonprofit startups. Leslie has also worked as the Head of People at brightwheel, a Senior Manager of HR Business Partners at Netflix, an HR Business Partner at Square, and a People Operations Specialist at Facebook. Earlier in their career, they served as a People Manager at Sweetgreen and gained experience in the restaurant industry as a line cook, host, and co-founder of a Filipino bistro.
