Mahesh Venkataramani

Mahesh Venkataramani has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mahesh started their career at Epic in 2003, where they served as a Product Lead and Engineering Manager for Tapestry Health Management & Insurance Systems for nine years. In 2012, they joined Caradigm as an Engineering Manager, overseeing Core Application Platforms & Foundational Infrastructure until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Mahesh worked at Dropbox, where they held senior engineering manager roles in both Engagement & Personalization Platforms and Monetization & Revenue Platforms. During this time, they led various teams and areas of responsibility. In 2021, Mahesh founded their own company, Okachi Labs, and also began working as a part-time/freelance Leadership Coach for various companies. In 2023, they joined Thumbtack as the Director of Engineering.

Mahesh Venkataramani completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Madras from 1997 to 2001. Mahesh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2003.
