Spencer Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Spencer began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Vivint, where they successfully sold smart home security and satellite TV. Spencer later moved on to Medtronic, the largest medical device company globally, where they held several roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Sales Operations and Pricing and GTM Strategy Manager. At Medtronic, they built a 150-person commercial operations department and led revenue operations for $1 billion across 33 countries.

After their tenure at Medtronic, Spencer joined SBI | Sales Benchmark Index as a Senior Managing Consultant, where they exceeded renewal quotas and led a team of consultants. Spencer then joined Vendavo as an Enterprise Sales Director, where they achieved significant accomplishments, including deploying pricing software at 10+ Fortune 500 companies and successfully transitioning legacy customers to cloud-hosted solutions.
