Valerie Peppers

Valerie Peppers currently serves as a Senior UX Researcher at Thumbtack, where responsibilities include leading vision and strategy discussions on user and product needs, as well as designing and analyzing comprehensive research studies. Prior to this role, Valerie worked at PlayStation as a UX Researcher III, conducting evaluations of user experience for various platforms while identifying trends to influence strategic planning. Valerie's career began at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where multiple roles included conducting structured interviews and managing clinical research projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, a TESL/TEFL Certificate from San Diego State University, and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics from MiraCosta College.
