Eryn McHugh

Eryn McHugh has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Their most recent role was as VP of Talent + People Ops at Thunder starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kobie Marketing as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2021. Eryn also has experience at MAPCO Express as the Manager of Talent Acquisition + Employer Branding from 2018 to 2019. Eryn founded and served as the Managing Director of Footprint Talent from 2010 to 2018, specializing in executive search and talent strategy consulting. Eryn also worked as a Senior Consultant at the Georgia Center for Nonprofits from 2012 to 2017 and held various roles at Bell Oaks Executive Search from 2005 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Executive at The John Maxwell Company from 2003 to 2004, where they successfully launched and grew a sponsorship sales division.

Eryn McHugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (with a minor in Journalism) from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Eryn has obtained various certifications in fields such as talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, payroll administration, and leadership.
