Gonzalo Ferrand has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Executive Chef for Thunderbird Casino and Resorts since 2009, while also holding the same title for Thunderbird Resorts since 2008. In this dual role, Gonzalo is responsible for menu design, promotions, and food and beverage cost management for a chain of four hotels in Peru, overseeing training for over 100 staff members, creating culinary events, and managing the annual F&B budget and procurement quality. Prior to these positions, Gonzalo served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Cala Restaurant and held Executive Chef roles at La Rosa Nautica Restaurant and Park Hotel du Casino. Gonzalo's educational background includes studies at Franco Peruano.
