Operations Manager at thunder::tech

Nicole Davis has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Nicole began their career at Hampton Inn & Suites by HILTON in 2002, where they worked as a Night Audit/Front Desk Receptionist/Housekeeping/Laundry. During this time, they were responsible for closing and auditing the books for the day and taking care of cash deposits. In 2006, they joined Lorain County Community College as an Office Assistant, where they created PO#'s, Work Orders, updated files, created and sent Requisitions, and worked directly with the director of the department. In 2010, they joined thunder::tech, where they held the roles of Operations Manager and Office Manager. As Office Manager, they were responsible for adding and updating projects to the internal system, sending invoicing and receiving payments using QuickBooks, following up on past due invoices, maintaining a clean and organized office, stocking office supplies, helping with research of potential clients, sending and receiving mailings, and shipping of items.

Nicole Davis attended Lorain County Community College from 2004 to 2008 and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they attended Westlake High School.
